Elena founded the studio in 2017 after a decade spent leading design teams across editorial, fashion and tech. Her work sits at the intersection of restraint and emotion — she believes the best design is the kind you feel before you can explain it.
As Creative Director she sets the tone for every project that leaves the studio. She is less interested in trends than in longevity, and pushes the team to ask whether the work will still feel right in five years before anything ships.
Outside the studio Elena teaches a graduate seminar on visual identity and collects mid-century furniture she insists she will one day restore.

Sofia turns vague ambitions into clear, defensible strategy. With a background in cultural anthropology and brand consulting, she reads markets the way some people read novels — looking for the tension, the unmet desire, the thing nobody is saying out loud.
At the studio she sits at the front of every engagement, shaping the questions before anyone touches a moodboard. She believes strategy without craft is just a slide deck, and craft without strategy is decoration — and she fights for both.

Amara is the kind of designer who makes hard problems look effortless. She moves fluidly between brand, web and motion, and has an uncanny sense for the one detail that lifts a piece from good to memorable.
She leads design execution on flagship accounts, mentoring younger designers while staying deep in the work herself — a balance few manage to hold. Amara believes taste is built, not given, and she is generous with the lessons that built hers.

Daniel leads the design practice with a craftsman's obsession for detail and a systems thinker's love of structure. He spent his early career at a product studio where he learned that good design is invisible — it removes friction rather than calling attention to itself. That philosophy still anchors everything he does.
He oversees the studio's most complex engagements, guiding teams through the messy middle of a project where ideas either sharpen or fall apart. Daniel is known for his calm, the kind that makes a room of nervous stakeholders believe the work will land. It always does.
When he isn't refining a layout to the pixel, he's running long distances and listening to far too many design podcasts.
