Before you apply.
Do you hire outside Europe?
Yes, as long as your working day overlaps ours by four hours or more. We contract through local providers in most countries, so the paperwork is not your problem.
Is there a take-home exercise?
Only when your portfolio does not already cover the kind of work the role needs. When we do ask, it is scoped under four hours and it is always paid.
What if none of the roles fit me?
Send an open application anyway. We keep the strong ones on file and roughly a third of the studio joined that way, before the role they now hold existed.
Are these roles junior friendly?
Most are mid to senior level. We take on two juniors a year through a paid six-month apprenticeship instead, which opens every spring.
How long does hiring take?
About two weeks from application to offer. If you have not heard from us in five days, chase us. It means something slipped, not that you were rejected.
