Backend Engineer
We're hiring a Backend Engineer who builds systems that stay quietly reliable at scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll design and maintain the APIs and infrastructure powering our products — focused on reliability, security and clean data models. You'll have real say in architecture decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build APIs and services
- Model data and optimise queries
- Own observability, security and uptime
- Collaborate with front-end on contracts
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in backend engineering
- Strong Node.js and SQL experience
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) know-how
- Solid grasp of security best practices
