Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the monthly package?
A set number of design and development hours, dedicated project management, weekly updates and priority support. Everything rolls month to month and you can cancel whenever you need to.
What if I need more than the plan covers?
Add extra pages, motion, copywriting or photography to any package at the add-on rates above. You can also move up a tier mid-project and we credit what you have already paid.
How long does a project usually take?
Starter runs 3-4 weeks, Studio 5-8 weeks and Scale 8-12 weeks. We agree the timeline before kickoff and keep a shared progress board so you always know where things stand.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes post-launch support, from 14 days on Starter up to ongoing on Scale. After that, the Care and Partner retainers cover hosting, updates and new pages.
Can I hire you for just a logo or one-off design?
We can, but most one-off requests work better as an add-on to an existing scope. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether a full package is worth it.
