From visual identity systems to digital ecosystems, everything we build is intentional, functional, and emotionally intelligent.
We partner with visionary companies, startups, and global brands who believe in the power of design to drive meaningful growth. For us, creativity is not decoration - it's a strategic tool to build impact.

Elena founded the studio in 2014 after a decade spent leading design teams across editorial, fashion, and tech. Her work sits at the intersection of restraint and emotion — she believes the best design is the kind you feel before you can explain it. Over the years she has built a reputation for translating ambitious, often abstract brand ideas into systems that scale.
As Creative Director, Elena sets the tone for every project that leaves the studio. She is less interested in trends than in longevity, and she pushes the team to ask "will this still feel right in five years?" before anything ships. Her clients describe her as equal parts strategist and provocateur.
Outside the studio, Elena teaches a graduate seminar on visual identity and collects mid-century furniture she insists she'll one day restore.

Daniel leads the design practice with a craftsman's obsession for detail and a systems thinker's love of structure. He spent his early career at a product studio where he learned that good design is invisible — it removes friction rather than calling attention to itself. That philosophy still anchors everything he does.
He oversees the studio's most complex engagements, guiding teams through the messy middle of a project where ideas either sharpen or fall apart. Daniel is known for his calm, the kind that makes a room of nervous stakeholders believe the work will land. It always does.
When he isn't refining a layout to the pixel, he's running long distances and listening to far too many design podcasts.

Marcus brings an editorial eye and a photographer's instinct for composition to everything he touches. He came up through the magazine world, where deadlines were brutal and the page was sacred, and he carries that discipline into every campaign and identity he art directs today.
He has a particular gift for art-directing imagery — knowing exactly when a project needs grit versus polish, motion versus stillness. Collaborators trust him because he can articulate why something works, not just that it does.

Sofia turns vague ambitions into clear, defensible strategy. With a background in cultural anthropology and brand consulting, she reads markets the way some people read novels — looking for the tension, the unmet desire, the thing nobody is saying out loud. Her strategy decks have a habit of reframing a client's entire business.
At the studio she sits at the front of every engagement, shaping the questions before anyone touches a moodboard. She believes strategy without craft is just a slide deck, and craft without strategy is decoration — and she fights for both.
Sofia is Swedish by birth, Lisbon-based by choice, and a relentless advocate for the long lunch.

Amara is the kind of designer who makes hard problems look effortless. She moves fluidly between brand, web, and motion, and she has an uncanny sense for the one detail that elevates a piece from good to memorable. Her peers come to her when a project feels stuck.
She leads design execution on flagship accounts, mentoring younger designers while staying deep in the work herself — a balance few manage to hold. Amara believes that taste is built, not given, and she's generous with the lessons that built hers.
She grew up between Dakar and Paris, which she credits for her instinct that beauty is rarely just one thing.

Tom makes things move with intention. Trained in animation and self-taught in code, he occupies the increasingly valuable space between design and technology. For Tom, motion is never decoration — it's a way to guide attention, set rhythm, and give a brand a pulse.
He builds the studio's most ambitious interactive and animated work, often prototyping in the browser to feel how something behaves before committing to it. His standard is simple but high: motion should feel inevitable, like it couldn't have been any other way.
A reformed skateboarder, Tom still judges everything by whether it has good flow.

Priya designs for the people who will actually use the thing. Grounded in research and a deep respect for accessibility, she advocates for clarity in every flow, screen, and interaction. She is the person in the room asking who we might be leaving behind.
She leads the studio's product and experience work, translating user needs into interfaces that feel obvious in hindsight — the highest compliment in her line of work. Priya believes empathy is a craft skill, not a soft one, and she has the case studies to prove it.
She is a compulsive note-taker and keeps a growing list of every confusing interface she's ever encountered.

Lucas is where the design becomes real. A front-end developer with a designer's sensitivity, he cares as much about the feel of an interaction as the cleanliness of the code behind it. He is fluent in the gap between a beautiful mockup and a beautiful, working site.
He builds the studio's websites and ensures they're fast, accessible, and faithful to the original vision — no compromises lost in translation. Designers love working with Lucas because he protects the details they fought for.
When offline, he restores vintage synthesizers and occasionally makes music nobody asked for.
